Orders and Shipping
Depending on the delivery options available you could receive your order the same day if in CT16 & CT17 Postcodes. Outside of these areas there are options from Premium Next Day to Economy up to 5 days.

Once your order has been dispatched it is not possible to change the shipping address.
Depending on the type of delivery chosen, you may receive a tracking number which will enable you to track the order.

We currently only ship to the UK.
Depends. If you have any items that are on backorder, these may be sent out separately from in stock items, unless you tell us to ship in a single package.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send you further instructions. Do not open the item.
If the outer packaging is damaged, do not sign for the item and refuse delivery. The item will be returned to us and we can send you a replacement item out. If the inner packaging is damaged, please take a photograph and contact is immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change the order so please contact us immediately after you realise your error.
Yes you can! The item will give you a rough indicator as to when it will be back in stock so you can pay and pre-order your item and it will be shipped once we receive the stock.
